The dress rehearsal is over and Zaxby’s Restaurant will open at 1543 S. Highland Ave., Monday.

Restaurant hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sundays.

The drive through opens at 9 a.m., daily.

The location – once home to Super D Drug Store – will be Zaxby’s third in Jackson.

Zaxby’s also has restaurants at 1155 Vann Drive and 222 Oil Well Road.

The new restaurant is managed by Johnny Patterson.

Zaxby’s will have seating for about 70, and will hire about 60 new employees.
