In November, the property that houses a KFC 2051 North Highland Avenue sold for $1,457,500.
In October, Frauenshuh Hospitality Group of TN LLC sold 808 Vann Drive, which Dairy Queen occupies for $1,064,112.
Gary Taylor, president of Gary A. Taylor Investment Company, said companies are looking for quality investments.
If you have a CD (Certificate of Deposit) earning one-percent, you want more return on your investment,” Taylor said. “So the purchase of these quality projects provides for returns from five percent to eight percent.”
