Wings ETC., Grill & Pub will occupy 788 Vann Drive once exterior and interior work has been completed.
The facility was home to Geisha Japanese Restaurant.
With corporate offices in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Wings ETC. Grill & Pub has 50 locations in seven states – Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Kentucky and North Carolina.
The Jackson restaurant will be the first for the company in Tennessee.
