Briana Partain, a five-year employee at West Tennessee Healthcare, who works in Patient Access, is the employee of the month for March.

Jeff Blankenship, a vice-president at West Tennessee Healthcare and Beth Wells, Patient Access, made the presentation when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees held their monthly meeting, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.

According to a press release, Bri possesses a great attitude, is dependable and is always looking for ways to improve her department.

She projects a caring attitude that is felt by her coworkers, patients and families she cares for.

She has been instrumental in the Cerner build and testing for scheduling.

She is very knowledgeable and has such a calm demeanor.
