Amy Stutts, a 23-year employee at West Tennessee Healthcare, has been selected as the employee of the month for January.
Dr. Jackie Taylor, vice president CMO, and Amy Matthis, Quality Outcomes Director, presented Amy – a Quality Outcome Specialist – with the award during the West Tennessee Healthcare’s Board of Trustees monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.
According to a press release, Amy is known to step right up and get the department organized and going for whatever the circumstance might be – especially with Joint Commission.
Because of her outstanding work ethic, her co-workers say they would not be ready without her.
She is always willing to step in and help out.
She is viewed as being a quick learner and is often in other departments helping others as well.
Amy is a true team player. She always has a smile on her face and never hesitates to speak a friendly word to anyone with whom she crosses paths, and West Tennessee Healthcare is honored and excited to have Amy as its employee of the month.
