First Watch update in Jackson: Signage goes up

Signage for First Watch went up this morning at the former Red Robin location at 1025 Vann Drive in The Columns shopping area.

No opening date has been announced yet, but work on the daytime café is progressing nicely.

First Watch specializes in made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch (typically 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) with items like Million Dollar Bacon, fresh juices, and seasonal specialties.

Jackson will be getting its first location of the national chain once the conversion is complete.
