The Jackson Police Department continues its investigation into a bomb threat that occurred at Walmart Supercenter, 2117 South Highland Ave., at approximately 12:30 p.m., today.
According to sources with the JPD, the business was evacuated prior to the arrival of law enforcement.
A K9 Dog Unit was used to search the store, but there was no indication of a bomb or explosive materials inside the business.
