Veterans Day activities began at the West Tennessee Farmers’ Market at 9 a.m., today, with military displays.

A program will be held on the grounds at the Madison County Courthouse at 10 a.m., and a parade – which begins at 11 a.m., at the Carl Perkins Civic Center – follows through downtown Jackson.

Festivities continue until 2 p.m., downtown.
