UPDATE: Officers with the Jackson Police Department have identified and arrested suspect
The Jackson Police Department needs assistance identifying a man.
A citizen reported around 10:35 a.m., she observed a man who exposed himself to her while he was sitting in his vehicle in the 1800 block of Hollywood Drive.
When she confronted the man he attempted to grab her and then displayed a firearm.
