The tradition has reached a fourth year on the campus at the University of Memphis Lambuth.
The University of Memphis brought its football Tigers to town, Wednesday, with practice scheduled for today and Friday, and scrimmage at 10 a.m., Saturday, at L.L. Fonville Field.
Each event is open to the public at no charge.
“It’s a great place for us … a wonderful setup,” said Mike Norvell, University of Memphis head football coach, “We enjoy getting away. We’re all in one spot and (concentrate) on the relationship building – coming out and getting great work in camp.
“We’re trying to establish our identity of who we are and showcase our talent.”
