Labor Force Estimates – February 2022
Highlights from the February 2022 Labor Force Estimates:
The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee decreased from 3.5 percent in January 2022 to 3.4 percent in February 2022.
During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States decreased from 4.0 percent to 3.8 percent.
The unemployment rate decreased in all 95 counties.
Moore County had the lowest unemployment rate at 1.8 percent.
Cocke County had the highest unemployment rate at 6.3 percent.
