Highlights from the June 2024 Labor Force Estimates:
- The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee remained the same at 3.0% from May’s rate.
- During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States increased to 4.1% from 4.0%.
- The unemployment rate increased in all 95 counties.
- Sevier County had the lowest unemployment rate at 2.7 percent. Bledsoe County had the highest unemployment rate at 5.8 percent.
