Highlights from the July 2023 Labor Force Estimates –
- The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee decreased to 3.1% from June’s 3.2%.
- During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States decreased to 3.5% from June’s 3.6%.
- The unemployment rate decreased in 79 counties, increased in 10 counties and remained the same in 6 counties.
