Jackson, TN The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (USMS) captured a man who failed to report to federal prison after his conviction in federal court.
Anthony Flowers, 59, of Jackson, was sentenced by a federal judge to serve 78 months in prison after his conviction in U.S. District Court Western District Tennessee in Jackson on April 21, 2026, for Possession of Child Pornography.
Flowers was on bond at the time and allowed to self-report to the Bureau of Prisons with a report date of June 17, 2026. When he failed to report to the designated facility, the court issued a warrant for his arrest.
On June 23, the Task Force located Flowers in Memphis and took him into custody. He will be held in federal custody pending transfer to federal prison.
