The owner of Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill has set an opening date for his second restaurant at 1319 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms.

“We’re looking at the middle of December to early January (2018),” Daryl Fortner said.

The restaurant specializes in tacos, fish tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, salads, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, drinks, nachos, tamales and desserts.

Daryl has leased 3,100-square-feet from FirstChoice Property & Development and is scheduled to join Polished Salon, The Corner Boutique and the Buff City Soap Company in the 14,000-square-foot facility.

Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill is also located at 71 Carriage House Drive.
