Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill, 1319 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms, opens at 10:30 a.m., Monday.
The restaurant specializes in tacos, fish tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, salads, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, drinks, nachos, tamales and desserts.
Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill will occupy 3,100-square-feet it has leased from FirstChoice Property & Development and joins Polished Salon, The Corner Boutique and the Buff City Soap Company in a new 14,000-square-foot facility.
Restaurant hours are tentatively scheduled to be the same as its 71 Carriage House Drive location –
10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
