In a time where work-life balance and flexible career options are highly valued, this workshop will empower individuals seeking to start their own in-home childcare agency. The workshop, titled “Tiny Steps = Big Dreams”, will break down the essentials of launching and managing an in-home childcare business.
With support from the Tennessee Department of Human Services, the workshops are being organized by the Southwest Tennessee Development District. In-home childcare agencies that focus on early childhood education can create a nurturing environment for children that goes hand-in-hand with the building of a successful in-home business. The goal is to empower individuals who have a passion for childcare to turn their homes into safe and supportive spaces for children’s growth and development.
This comprehensive workshop will cover a wide range of topics with straightforward guidance. Find out exactly what steps are needed to establish in-home childcare. Learn about financial support programs in place to increase access to quality childcare in rural communities. Meet organizations that can help with training and the earning of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential™!
