The decision to select this week’s high school football ‘Player of the Week’ had ‘Coach T’ Tim Stratton – Sports Director – Talk-N Sports Fox Sports WTN stymied, so he went with two for the price of one.
South Side’s Brayden Weldon and Simeon Graham were the recipients following the Hawks’ 35-20 win over Hardin County at South Side, October 18.
Brayden Weldon
Brayden, a junior running back/wide receiver, accounted for 215 yards (250 all-purpose) on 10 carries (21.5 yards per carry).

Simeon Graham
Simeon, a senior wide-receiver/linebacker, did most of his damage on the defensive side of the ball with six solo tackles, three assists, one recovered fumble, one pass interception and return for 47 yards, two pass deflections and one forced (strip) fumble.
