The Summit Jackson – 20 additional lots approved for single-family home gated rental community

The consideration of a final plat for The Summit Jackson (Grays Cove, Section 4A), 4200 North Highland Ave., has been approved by the Jackson Regional Municipal Planning Commission.

The plat consists of 20 lots on approximately 4.51 acres with one common area in the Single Family Residential/Planned Residential District, and was submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of ZEKO Properties, LLC.

Conditions of the approval included Jackson Energy Authority would be provided a wastewater system development fee, a water system development fee, and the City of Jackson would be provided street performance security.

All inspections must be completed prior to recording the final plat.

The Summit Jackson is a 150-acre master-planned development located at the junction of the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and North Highland Avenue in Jackson and Madison County, TN.

A $170 million single-family home gated rental community, The Summit Jackson development is a residential rental community which will include 260 homes during the first phase of development and 500 when completed. There will be several amenities included in the space such as walking trails, dog park, pickleball courts, and 23 acres of green space.

The development will also include 260,000-square-feet of commercial property that will begin development in the second quarter of 2024.
