Emporium Plaza, 1923 Emporium Drive, has been sold for $958,000.

Representing the buyer, Stan Clampitt – Buchanan Realty Group – brokered the deal with Middle Tennessee Investment Group Umiya Jackson Partners.

The 7,070-square-foot facility is fully leased by three tenants – Moe’s Southwest Grill, TLC Nails and Nerdvana.

The property is located on .75 acres off Vann Drive and Interstate 40, near Walmart, Sam’s Club and Lowe’s.

Buchanan Realty Group will handle the leasing and management of the center moving forward.
