Details are limited, but Kirkland’s distribution center at 431 Smith Lane has been sold.
STRATO Jackson LLC purchased the 771,120-square-foot facility and approximately 53.68 acres from Exeter 431 Smith 2020 for $22,000,000.
The building, located in Airport Industrial Park near McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport – was constructed in 2004.
