Simmons First Properties Inc. – First State Properties Inc. – has sold its commercial property at 460 Oil Well Road to Oscar Membreno Marroquin for $1,405,000.

Formerly the location of FSB Insurance, the property is now occupied by Sunstar Insurance Tennessee.
