Justin Graves, wanted in connection with a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on November 22, on North Highland Avenue and Pine Tree Drive, has been apprehended.
Graves was arrested by Justin Gross of the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, at 8:36 p.m., Thursday, at the exit 79 ramp off Interstate 40.
The arrest was made during a traffic stop.
Graves was also wanted for an outstanding Failure to Appear Warrant through Madison County.
The Jackson Police Department responded to the accident scene on North Highland Avenue, and located a female victim suffering with life threatening injuries.
She eventually died from the injuries she sustained in the crash.
Graves was one of four occupants who fled the scene on foot prior to the JPD’s arrival.
The subjects who fled the scene were captured on a surveillance camera.
