Big news for Jackson as three long-standing businesses, Addus Home Care, Denray Signs,
and Konica Minolta, are making a move to the bustling Thomsen Farms Development.

Planning Commission approves request for expansion of business district
The consideration of a revised final plat for Southcreek Center – Lots 100 and 102 – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Submitted by Chad Rickman on behalf of Matt Hoover, approximately 1.92 acres have been comprised for Lot 100 at the highway business location and approximately 9.67 acres have been comprised for Lot 102.
Southcreek Center is located off South Highland Avenue between Southcreek Drive and Herron Grove Road.
