Renovations continue for a new convenience store with fuel pumps at 1110 Vann Drive in The Columns Development.
Hayes & Sons Construction Company from Lexington is renovating the facility, which consists of 4,640-square-feet.
Starlight Fuel LLC purchased the property from Jose Onate, Ricardo Onate, Rafael Onate and Arturo Onate for $2,165,000.
The building is the former home of West Alley Bar-B-Q & Smoke House, which closed in March 2021.
Casa Adobe Restaurante occupied the facility before West Alley but closed in June 2018.
Construction continues on new bank at northeast corner of Oil Well Road and Pleasant Plains
Construction continues on Commercial Bank & Trust Company on approximately 2.4 acres at the northeast corner of Oil Well Road and Pleasant Plains.
Commercial Bank & Trust also purchased the property adjacent to where the new bank will be located.
Commercial Bank currently has two locations in Jackson – 3093 North Highland Avenue, and 79 Stonebridge Boulevard – along with its mobile bank courier service.
The new location will offer full service banking to include mortgage loans and trust services.
Northside Medical Clinic joins West Tennessee Medical Group’s growing team of primary care providers
Jackson, Tennessee – West Tennessee Medical Group is pleased to announce Medical Clinic is joining its multi-specialty medical group.
According to a press release from Amy Garner Chief Compliance & Communications Officer – West Tennessee Healthcare – for 40 years, Northside Medical Clinic has been providing high quality primary care to patients in West Tennessee.
Its two physicians, Dr. Tim Hayden and Dr. Elizabeth Londino will continue to provide services at 31 Hughes Drive in Jackson.
