Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center locating in Thomsen Farms
An opening date has not been announced, but construction continues on Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center, 68 Exeter Road in Thomsen Farms.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Hopebridge operates over 100 centers in the following twelve states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio and Tennessee.
The 9,800-square-foot building is located next door to Premier Dental Center, which has a completion date scheduled for the third quarter of 2022.
Downtown commercial property sells for $1 million plus
Details are limited, but Card Capital General Partnership has purchased 201 East Lafayette Street in downtown Jackson from John H. Allen for $1.3 million.
The 18,232-square-foot multi-use facility is available for restaurants, retail and offices on the lower level and Liberty Square Loft Apartments on the second and third floors.
Starbucks opens on Christmasville Cove in Park Place West
Starbucks, 2851 Christmasville Cove, opened in Park Place West at 5 a.m., today.
The 2,100-square-foot facility, located on a 1.7 acre corner lot – next door to Wendy’s and across from McDonald’s – offers parking for 25 vehicles.
Restaurant hours are 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

Commerical property on Vann Drive sells for $700,000
Commercial property once home to SAS Shoes of Jackson, 256 Vann Drive, has been sold.
A. Lee Brown Jr., and Amelia H. Brown sold the 6,000-square-foot facility to John T. Crunk Jr. Trust, John Thomas Crunk III 2014 Trust, and Anna Caroline Crunk 2014 Trust for $700,000.
Lee Brown owned SAS Shoes for 20-plus years.
Business Spotlight – Dr. Heather McKee joins Jackson Clinic – Internal Medicine
Jackson, Tennessee – The Jackson Clinic recently added Dr. Heather M. McKee to their Internal Medicine Department.
According to a press release from Katherine Cagle – Younger Associates – Dr. McKee joins Dr. Lisa N. Anderson, Dr. James J. Diffee, Dr. Carlton E. Hays, Dr. Daniel L. Honeycutt, Dr. James A. Payne, and Dr. Todd A. Teague.

Dr. McKee received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City, OK.
She completed her residency at the University of Tennessee – Memphis College of Medicine, in Memphis.
