Property owned by Simmons Bank at 213 South Church Street in Dyersburg, has been sold.
David Fisher Realty & Auction Company purchased the property for $430,000, and has moved into the 7,600 square foot facility.
Simmons Bank, which maintains two locations in Dyersburg, had vacated the building which was a former home to Dyersburg State Bank, Union Planters Bank and First State Bank.
Simmons Bank has three locations in Jackson – 1862 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass, 1995 South Highland Avenue, and 480 Oil Well Road.
Eden Smith of Coldwell Banker Barnes in Jackson brokered the transaction.
