The Madison County Sheriff’s Office was blessed by the Southern Baptist Churches of Madison County, when the Antioch Baptist Church Men’s Prayer Group in Humboldt delivered 125 fruit baskets to the 546 E. College St., location to thank the Certified and Uniformed Personnel.

The project was funded by the Madison County Baptist Churches Association with the assistance of Larry Murphy, Director of Missions.

Jimmy Joyner, Jack Joyner, Terry Buckley, Steve Bell, Hal Luckey and Bobby Scott removed the seats of their Antioch Baptist Church van, and loaded the baskets before making their way to Jackson.

“We appreciate the kindness of these churches bringing the baskets,” said John Mehr, Sheriff of Madison County. “All of our families will enjoy this.”
