Seth Nelson, who founded the Farmer’s Perk Organic Coffee Co., in 2012, has expanded his product line with Cock-A-Doodle Dough Craft Donuts.
“I had been thinking about expanding into food products,” Seth said. “It came to me nothing made more sense than donuts and coffee.”
Seth also expanded his boundaries, and three days a week he – and his food truck – can be found in downtown Jackson at the corner of Main and Liberty Streets.
“We are on the court square from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday,” Seth said. “We’re still at the (West Tennessee) Farmers’ Market from 7 a.m. to Noon on Saturday’s. Everything we make is made to order.”
The product is also available at the Dixie Cafe in the Old Country Store.
“We’re not limited to Jackson,” Seth said. “We visit different venues throughout West Tennessee, and we also cater.”
