Give it a couple of months – late March, early spring – and Craig Estes will have Rock N Roll Sushi open at 2046 Pleasant Plains Extension, between Jackson Energy Authority and Foundation Bank, in The Columns.
The restaurant – music is the theme – will occupy 2,409-square-feet, and offer seating for about 98 people.
“We’re excited,” said Estes, a software engineer with First Tennessee Bank, “We just opened a new restaurant in Germantown (Jan. 15), and we’re ready to shift gears and settle into a new community in Jackson.”
The Jackson location will Rock N Roll Sushi No. 3 for Estes.
His first stop was 2886 Wolf Chase Parkway in Bartlett in November, 2017.
The first Rock N Roll Sushi opened in Mobile, Alabama in 2010.
