MADISON COUNTY, SR-186 (U.S. Highway 45 Bypass) and Interstate 40 – Interchange improvements on SR 186 (U.S. Highway 45) north and southbound from the I-40 ramps to Old Hickory Boulevard for paving and construction of retaining walls. Widening of I-40 from just east of Exit 79 to just east of Exit 82.

Thursday, April 16, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m., Friday – Intermittent closure of I-40 westbound exit ramp at Exit 82 for removal and relocation of portable barrier rail.

Friday, April 17, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – SR 5 (North Highland Avenue) will have intermittent left and right lane closures both north and southbound from Vann Drive to the Carriage House/Ridgecrest intersection for bridge construction activities.

Friday, April 17, 8 p.m. through Monday, April 20, 6 a.m. – Close and detour I-40 eastbound and westbound onto ramps at exit 82 (U.S. Highway 45/Highland Avenue) close and detour Highland Avenue (Highway 45) north and southbound from Ridgecrest Road to Vann Drive for demolition activities of the I-40 bridge over North Highland Avenue

Monday, April 20 through Wednesday, April 22, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – SR 5 (North Highland Avenue) will have intermittent left and right lane closures both north and southbound from Vann Drive to the Carriage House/Ridgecrest intersection for bridge demolition activities.
