Milling and repaving continues on North Highland Avenue – starting at Old Hickory Boulevard – to North Parkway, continues.

“Crews are milling the old pavement preparing for the new asphalt,” said Ricky Brown – Grace Media Group, “You cannot turn onto Old Hickory Boulevard from North Highland – for now. Caution is urged because construction workers are present.”
