Trent Alford got two for the price of one when a ribbon cutting was held at 731 Sports Bar & Grill, 601 Suite B Vann Drive, and moments later he introduced his new 731 Social Event Center, located in the same complex with the Bar & Grill, which is between Bob’s House of Honda and Hollywood Cinema 16.
“We’ll have all kinds of events at our new (731 (Social) event room … weddings, receptions, private parties, corporate events, seminars, concerts, Christian concerts, dances, holiday events, project graduation …,” Alford said. “It’s approximately 6,000-square-feet of floor space, plus there’s a full kitchen dedicated to this room as well.
“We’re looking forward to the years ahead – and having special events here.”
Depending on the layout, seating will be available for up to 300 people, with a full stage and dance floor lights, full catering and a bar.
Alford, who also owns Redbone’s Grill & Bar, 584 Carriage House Drive, opened 731 Sports Bar & Grill in October, 2017.
Hours at 731 Sports Bar & Grill are 11 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturdays.
A few items on the menu at the 5,600-square-foot facility are hamburgers, wraps and wings, plus 50 different beers – some crafted.
There’s seating for 140, plus a patio, and about 40 televisions to view athletic events.
