According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson in April stood at 22, compared to 38 for the same period in 2018.

New construction homes sold January 1 through April 30, was 49, compared to 37 for the same period in 2018.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through April 30, stood at 233.

Average days on the market – January 1 through April 30, was 60.

The average sales price for a home for April was $168,280.
