According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson in February stood at 22, compared to 41 for the same period in 2018.

New construction homes sold January 1 through February 28, was 20, compared to 12 for the same period in 2018.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through Feb. 28, stood at 252.

Average days on the market – January 1 through Feb. 28, was 64.

The average sales price for a home for February was $162,389.
