New construction homes sold – January 1 through December 31, 2018, was 135, compared to 131 for the same period in 2017.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 301, compared to 331 for the same period in 2017.

Average days on the market – January 1 through December 31, 2018 was 57.

The average sales price for a home from January 1 through December 31, 2018 was $168,812.
