New construction homes sold January 1 through May 31, was 51, compared to 66, for the same period in 2019.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through May 31, stood at 182.
Average days on the market – January 1 through May 31, was 47.
The average sales price for a home year to date is $174,956 compared to $167,238 for May 2019.
