According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 to June 30 stood at 32, compared to 54 for the same period in 2016.

New homes sold – 60 from January 1 to June 30, compared to 62 for the same period in 2016.

Sales for the month of June is 125 compared to 113 in 2016.

The number of closed sales stands at 596, compared to 567 for the first six months of 2016.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 350, compared to 481 for the first six months of 2016.
