According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson in March stood at 23, compared to 33 for the same period in 2018.

New construction homes sold January 1 through March 31, was 33, compared to 24 for the same period in 2018.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through March 31, stood at 237.

Average days on the market – January 1 through March 31, was 59.

The average sales price for a home for March was $162,288.

The average sales price for a home in February was $162,389.
