According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 through June 30, stood at 27 , compared to 32 for the same period in 2017.
New construction homes sold – January 1 through June 30, 2018 was 62, compared to 60 for the same period in 2017.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 309, compared to 350 for the same period in 2017.
Average days on the market – January 1 through June 30, 2018 is 67.
The average sales price for a home from January 1 through June 30, 2018, was $170,139.
The average sales price for a home from January 1 through May 31, 2018 was $169,531.
