According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 through May 31, stood at 29, compared to 38 for the same period in 2017.
New construction homes sold – January 1 through May 31, 2018 was 51, compared to 46 for the same period in 2017.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 281, compared to 352 for the same period in 2017.
Average days on the market – January 1 through May 31, 2018 is 66.
The average sales price for a home from January 1 through May 31, 2018 was $169,531.
