According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 through April 30, stood at 38, compared to 41 for the same period in 2017.
New construction homes sold – January 1 through April 30 of 2018 was 37, compared to 36 for the same period in 2017.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 306, compared to 354 for the same period in 2017.
Average days on the market – January 1 through April 30 of 2018 is 67.
The average sales price for a home from January 1 through April 30, 2018 was $156,712.
