Public notice is hearby given that an ordinance will be introduced at a public hearing before the Council of the City of Jackson.
The purpose of which is to rezone property located at the southeast corner of Windy City Road and McClellan Road from RS (Single Family Residential) District to SC-1 (Planned Unit Commercial District, comprising of 22.63 acres, more or less.
This ordinance will be heard and considered for adoption at the regular meeting of the Jackson City Council to be held at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 on the 4th day of November 2025 at 9 a.m., in the George A. Smith Meeting Room.
