The rezoning of 1.03 acres on the northeast quadrant of Cooper Anderson Road and Broadmeadow Drive, has been recommended by the Jackson Planning Commission and forwarded to the Jackson City Council for approval.
The consideration of this revised preliminary plat is for an area referred to as ‘Emerald Breeze,’ comprising 42 lots on 13.87 acres.
The proposed zoning for this annexation area is of RS-1/PRD Single Family Residential/Planned Residential Development District.
