The consideration of a final plat for The Grove at Matthews Creek – Section 2 – comprising of 11 lots on approximately 5.78 acres in a single-family residential district, was approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission during their monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Wednesday.
The 11 new building lots extends Swanbourne Cove, which is a private street.
Located off McClellan Road and west of the University School of Jackson, the plan was submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of The Grove Partners.
