Consideration for a new subdivision for The Summit – sections 1 & 2 – have been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of ZEKO Properties, LLC, the subdivision will consist of 62 lots and three common areas on approximately 20.72 acres.
The point of access for the subdivision will be Olympus Drive and Grand Teton Drive, off North Highland Avenue near Three Way.
