
JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are asking the public’s help identifying a woman they say stole a cell phone at a north Jackson restaurant.
A customer left their cell phone on the counter at Zaxby’s on Oil Well Road, according to a news release from Jackson Police Department.
Police say a black woman with her hair in a ponytail and wearing a brown tank top is then seen on surveillance video putting the phone in her purse and leaving.
Anyone who can identify the woman or has other information is asked to call Jackson police at 425-8400 or Crime Stoppers at 424-TIPS
