Outback Steakhouse, 194 Stonebrook Place, which opened in 1995, has received a facelift on the exterior of the restaurant.

“It definitely needed to be done,” said Ian Insalaco, Outback manager in Jackson, said. “We look at ourselves as being a gatekeeper for those going to Thomsen Farms, because people drive by us everyday on their way to Thomsen Farms.”

Ian said the exterior received new signage and landscaping.

“You won’t notice any change inside the restaurant,” Ian said. “But we did add new kitchen equipment and walk-in coolers.”

Restaurant hours at Outback Steakhouse are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday.
