MILAN, Tenn. – Milan Police are continuing their investigation of an early-morning shooting the left one person injured and another person dead
Around 12:30 AM Tuesday morning Milan police responded to a call of a shooting on Patton Street.
Police found two victims with apparent gunshot wounds.  An 18-year-old Milan woman was was taken to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital by EMS.  She was treated and is reported in stable condition. According to officials, 22-year-old Rontavious McKinley, Humboldt, was airlifted to JMCGH. McKinley was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
