The consideration of a preliminary plat for Hayes Properties Commercial Development, located at North Highland Avenue and U.S. Highway 45 Bypass, has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
The area is comprised of three acres on approximately 21.60 acres in a Highway Business District.
Plans for the development were submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of Hayes Partners.
